The Argentine Tango Maestros

The artists Emilia & Emiliano are from Tucumán (Argentina) where they started tango and they met for the first time when Emilia did a tango course with Emiliano. Later their paths crossed in Buenos Aires: he as a successful dancer, she as a newcomer dancer in the city. Life and their love of tango made them meet again in Germany, today as colleagues working together.

Together Emilia & Emiliano dance an elegant and dynamic tango style with refined movements, great body control and a harmonious connection.

Emilia Andrada

Emilia has been a choreographer, dancer and teacher for tango for over 13 years and teaches using her own innovative teaching method. She has worked in various countries in Europe, Great Britain and South America, in Tunisia and in Japan. Emilia completed her training in contemporary dance, tango and Argentino folklore at the best dance schools of BsAs and universities in Argentina. Most recently she worked with the "Kleines Theater Bad Godesberg" as a choreography assistant and she is currently developing her tango projects in Bonn.

Emiliano Alcaraz

Emiliano has been trained in all styles of tango: traditional, on stage and also in contemporary styles with different maestros from different styles. For the last 12 years he has been teaching and giving workshops all over the world: Asia, Europe, South America, etc. Since 2016 he has been living in Berlin, where he took part in the two editions of the Embrace Tango Festival in Berlin in 2016 and 2017. He was also president of the jury of the European qualification for the Tango World Championship, held in Hamburg in 2017.

Orquesta Típica Andariega - (Milonga Adios Corazon, Monday)

Orquesta Típica Andariega has been offering a milonguero and danceable tango since 2009. Between past and present, the Andariega is a continuation of the typical concerts of the 40's with all the energy of the new generations.

Carlos Gabriel Klein & Band - (Milonga Pampa Mia, Sunday)

On this occasion, Carlos Gabriel Klein and his band invite us on a musical journey through the interior of Argentina. They present a selection of their own songs and works from the diverse popular songs of inland Argentina, accompanied by entertaining German-language explanations.
